Zoomingscreen for Linux

Record your whole screen or one window on Linux. Zoomingscreen zooms in wherever you click, with the same editor and exports as the Chrome extension.

Install it

  1. On Ubuntu or Debian, open the .deb, or run: sudo apt install ./the-file.deb
  2. For the AppImage, make it runnable with chmod +x and open it.
  3. Open Zoomingscreen, pick a screen or window and press Record.

What you need

  • A 64 bit system. The .deb is for Ubuntu and Debian, the AppImage runs on most others and needs the libfuse2 package.
  • Zooms follow your clicks on an Xorg session. On Wayland, recording works and you add zooms in the editor.

Your Pro key works in the desktop app or the Chrome extension, on one computer. Manage it from your account.
